RC Allen Tachometers RCA-41A-07. The RC Allen 2" Percent Tachometer is a type MU-1 (MIL 25623A).The Tachometer's larger sturdy one-piece frame is an effective heat sink, drawing heat away from the bearings. The RC Allen Tachometers RCA-41A-07 uses a three phase alternating current synchronous motor which is powered by a remote tach generator. With precision jewel bearings, and a hermetically sealed case, this unit's level of durability even meets even extra-tough military requirements. This simplified design increases reliability and ease of overhaul.
